Ryan joined Premier Care as an apprentice in July 2016, and completed his apprenticeship in 2018. During that period Ryan had lots of opportunity to experience the different systems needed to run a busy and large home care organisation, and to gain greater knowledge of Premier’s financial systems.
In 2018 he was offered the role of Compliance Assistant, and quickly moved on to supporting Premier to implement a completely new IT system.
Towards the end of 2018 Ryan researched and proposed a new digital care visit recording system called PASS and has successfully led the organisation through this transition in Spring 2019.
Ryan has now been promoted to IT and Systems Manager.
