We understand that living with someone with dementia related symptoms comes with its own unique challenges and for this reason Premier Care offers a specialist service. Every member of staff undergoes Dementia Care training which includes comprehensive knowledge of the condition and how best to adapt the service to meet the needs of the individual.
Premier has 4 x in house specialist trainers who have undergone Train the Trainer training from the United Kingdom Home Care Association
When it comes to providing care for those living with dementia related symptoms, we appreciate that continuity of care is paramount. The service user will be cared for by a small team of trained staff members to ensure familiarity.
