Cheryl started working for the company in 2013 and was not sure if she would be able to do care work. 7 and half years later and she hasn’t looked back.
She says: “I started as a care assistant, supporting our service users with personal care, sitting services, shopping and cleaning.
I have progressed and passed my level 2 in Health and Social Care including End of Life. I have been supported all the way through. The Registered Manager and the Company support progress and I am currently doing a Quality Assessor role within the office and seeing a different side of the care sector which is great and I am hoping to progress further.’
