Charlotte has been working for Premier Care part time as a carer for 18 months.

When she joined us she was very clear she would soon be starting on her nursing degree course.  Charlotte continues to work part time as a carer whilst studying, and is taking 3 months out to do her placement shortly.

She says “Premier Care has always encouraged and supported me throughout my career journey on becoming a Registered Adult Nurse.  They have provided excellent training which has enhanced my knowledge in the health profession.  My role as a carer has taught me so much already, being there for our service users physically and emotionally is such a rewarding job”
