Staff Survey (Great Results)

In recent months, Premier Care has completed a Staff Survey. This survey was sent out to all our members of staff as a way to go their feedback on their job roles andon how we can improve our support going forward. All staff were given the option to be anonymous to allow for open and honest feedback.
Overall, 80% of our staff Fully agreed that they feel supported and were listened to be other members of staff and the management team.
Some of the positive comments received were:
- Premier Care has supported me to progress within and has supported me with any challenges I have faced with my knowledge and skills – KB
- Premier Care is a well known care company with a good reputation – AK
- Wonderful company, good career progression, friendly team, approachable leadership
- Just feel we are a good team and everyone works well with others – I enjoy working here
- Having worked for Premier Care for the past 18 years, they have always been supportive to myself and the family issues I have had.
The were a whole host of other positive comments from our staff, which has been passed onto our middle management team
Any additional comments have been passed onto the Senior Management Team as part of Premier Care’s ongoing improvements.
