Service User Survey (Great Results)

Existing Service Users
In recent months, Premier Care has completed a Service User Survey. This survey was sent out to all our service users as a way to go their feedback on their own care or on how we can improve our service. All service users were given the option to be anonymous to allow for open and honest feedback.
Overall the rating of outstanding or good made up 85% of the total returns.
Some of the positive comments received were:
- I am really happy with my care and know when I need more it will be there, I am treated with respect and made to feel comfortable with having to have help and most importantly I can stay in my own home
- Some mornings Val feels a little down but as soon as your ladies turn up a complete change they talk and laugh as sisters – great service – thank you
- CS is happy with care
- Understanding and friendship
- Treated with dignity, respect and love
Enablement Service
A similar survey was sent out for the service user using our Enablement service as well, these results are contained in the above figure.
Some of the positive comments received from our Enablement Service were:
- Fantastic caring staff, always listen to the needs of the client. Always a pleasure to see them
- Carers are always cheerful and friendly
- Pleasant manner and willingness to help
- I get my breakfast
- I am able to remain living in my own home happy and secure
- Do my washing and make me feel more secure with taking my tablets
The were a whole host of other positive comments from our service users, which has been passed onto their care workers to show that their passion makes a difference.
Any additional comments have been passed onto the Senior Management Team as part of Premier Care’s ongoing improvements
